Rithika was puzzled.... and felt strange....
She had been sure of talking to Shriya when Krish had called her.... He had sounded very distant and occupied..... He had simply asked her to get in touch with Shriya....
Which was very peculiar....
He never had been behind any girl till now.... She smiled.... They were the ones seeking him out....
The call had come late evening .... As though something in him had triggered a feeling... an emotion....
And she had immediately set about contacting old friends and had tracked Shriya to Bangalore....
Getting her number from another common friend had been more difficult.....
She was alright even as she had started the call.... then had freaked out when she was put to the answering machine....
Somehow the words didn't materialize...
And now... an hour after the call, she was convinced she should stay back.....
Krish had to deal with it himself..... She would just pass on the number to him....
And stay away..... It was better......
Else someday.... She may fall for this new, caring person Krish seemed to have changed into....
